Patients: BE SURE TO READ "How to Express Order" before placing an order. If for some reason an order cannot be fulfilled (Ex: out of stock or flavor) we need to be able to contact you please put a reliable phone number in your order form.

Express Ordering can be used twice daily - this will be strictly regulated to ensure that this is a quick and speedy process for our patients. We will cancel any orders exceeding this amount.
